Carl, your analysis was very interesting and well presented. My question comes as an investor in Amati ADSL/DMT which is being bought out by Texas Instruments. I believe DMT will be a huge market and I see the TI/Amati DSP solution to be very good one with TI now owning the patent. Do you have any comment to add to your analysis with specific reference to TI now being the Intel of DMT, as Investor's Business Daily referred to TI last week.

Thanks,
Michael

This just out today:

exchange2000.com

Microsoft's been using Amati's ADSL in their trials with GTE since the spring of '96. Craig Mundie's had one of their modems in his house for close to a year.

And, now, at long last, he's finally going public. :)
