I'm just going by his pronouncements and deliverables. Obama has quit trying to work with Boner because the guy can't deliver the votes of the House he's supposedly in charge of. Although he's promised several times to do so. His house is a rabble of RINOS and Tea Partiers that can't agree and won't compromise. Boner could have forged a coalition of RINOS and (D)'s to pass things, but that would require political courage from the man who used to distribute tobacco company checks on the House floor to buy votes.
