TriTeal Announces Master Reseller Alliance with Tracor Enterprise Solutions
CARLSBAD, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 16, 1997--TriTeal Corporation (NASDAQ:TEAL - news) announced today that it has signed a master reseller agreement with Tracor Enterprise Solutions, Inc., the Reston, Virginia-based information technology business unit of Tracor, Inc. (NASDAQ:TTRR - news).
Under the terms of the agreement, Tracor will be the sole provider of TriTeal's full suite of Unix/Windows desktop and integration solutions into the government marketplace. Tracor will provide comprehensive channel management and will work in conjunction with TriTeal's direct sales force to market and deploy TriTeal's products and services to the Department of Defense and civilian agencies through a variety of contract vehicles.
