Personally, I don't blame Richard for what has happened with HCCA. He was their paid mouthpiece. Nothing more. I don't think he was in a position to tell what was BS (all of it) and what wasn't (none of it). His job was to tell us what the company told him to tell us. That way management limited the number of people they had to lie to.
