Yeah, about 60,000 shares that Haley filed to sell.

I got the message concerning Haley's remarks on another thread (Yahoo) so I can not verify its validity.

I too was wondering what he meant by a market downturn.

Concerning $14m out of $2b high end flex market: I believe that is what HIF will accomplish in terms of expanding their market share. They seem to be very positive in terms of their potential for their HIF product outside of the dd industry. Personally I hope they do expand the scope of their product outside of the HDD industry to lessen the volatility.

Since MR wires only account for about 65% (TFI = 35%+-) of their total sales of wires then maybe they will not be hit as hard as the rest of the dd industry due to the remaining 35% of wire business will most likely go MR. This increase would be basically a 50% increase in terms of wires produced (rough estimate only).

I would be interested in the comment though by Haley when he mention possibly doubling their revenues this year. Maybe their HIF is much better than anticipated or heck maybe their medical/software division is looking up.

Anyway, gotta go.
