They mentioned my Dell

BUT, I only had a Dell for 4 days..I had so much trouble getting all my programs to work, the final straw was when the tech said I had a virus installed by Fidelity Investments. Took them hrs to charge for the puter; took me many months after getting it back to get my refund. That Dell was 2 computers ago, btw

Thats why am sure it is Dell connected
