If you're reading a post from the given thread, you'll see something like this near the top of the page ...

Click on the thread's name, and you'll be taken to its main page, where you'll see a button for Add Subjectmark.

If you click on a thread from a list of threads (top 10, tech stocks, whatever) you'll get the same result.
