Everyone is getting these calls from India tech support except me, my mother had one call her, she hung up on them, and I never had one yet. I get lots of free cruises, air miles points, good credit card rates, etc. No fake tech supports yet.

I answer all my calls, I don't care if the call display says 000-000-0000. Lots of them just hang up when I answer.

I won lots of free cruises, want to buy on off me?

I got stung by one of these direct scam callers back in 1985. I was young and stupid. The guy called me on my business phone at the office and said congratulations I won I free I believe it was a TV. I had to give them my CC number to cover shipping and they would send it out to me, so I gave it to them. When I hung up it seems to good to be true, so I called the guy back and apparently he left the office. I lost the money. Can't remember how much, but it was not that much.

That was 29 years ago. Live and learn.
