BlackLine Systems Inc. has raised more than $200 million from private-equity firm Silver Lake, which will enable the software company to hire and expand into new markets.

Why do you say "Blackstone will probably be looking to take them public in about three years." ?

The article mentioned that they have funding from U.S. private-equity firm Silver Lake which is AFAIK not associated with Blackstone.

PS: I have BX as one of my stock holdings.
