Taking this into account, what the Pals are doing doesn't seem quite so stupid: Israel's war on terror is manifestly uneconomic: Iron Dome launches a $70,000 missile against every $200 Qassam fired. This celestial confrontation between cutting edge technology and a primitive pipe was preceded by hundreds of millions of dollars, invested in development and operational implementation. So far, they've launched over 100 Qassams. If only a single Arrow was launched against each, Israel has spent $7 million dollars just on defensive missiles that have to be replaced, where the Pals have spent $20,000 on rockets that probably wouldn't have hit anything anyway.
