To All: CNBC reports that many of the Semi/Techs are getting downgraded to hold from buys do to the slowing of PC sales and trouble in Asia. Actually this to me is good news. Most Semi's will feel the pain that S3 has suffered ( not as much ) the past 2 months and when the market turns around (whenever) hopefully S3 will be ready. As far as Comdex for all you who are asking. S3 was showing the new Trio product and Furaudja (sp). The Furaudja product S3 was displaying was a 4-6 chip reference design. S3 had a private both for customers. Don't know if they had GX3 or Vortex running. Stockroach.
