You're quite welcome, but I really don't know why SI feels the need to clutter the web site with lots of images. The site has already slowed down considerably with all of the other "improvements," and loading images will retard it that much more. I hesitate to complain as I am a free user and do enjoy the threads I visit, but IMO SI has downgraded from what it was before the new ownership. I understand the need to be profitable and completely agree with a profit strategy, but a business has to be careful not to lose customers in it's drive for profit. Does management really have a comprehensive plan or strategy??? Seems to be the "idea of the day" strategy. They appear to not care or listen to the users here which is a huge mistake. I was an exec at a large NYSE company and our philosophy was always "customers come first, second, third," and always before any other consideration. SI would do well to have a "customer advisory board" as they don't see to comprehend or care about the "customer experience." Maybe they should reevaluate. I would gladly pay a fee rather than all of the recent "crap-ware," and slowdown in access and navigating the site. Innovation here may be in the eyes of the beholder!!!
