Enjoy the Season to you too! Bill, reading through this thread, if you have the time, you'll get the feeling that you have a number of compatriots in the same position - owning the stock and wanting to get out if possible at less of a loss. A few harbor hopes that Sinclare, like the Phoenix, will rise from the ashes, and their hopes are based on faith that the new president, Larry sinclare, will work some magic by merging the company with another but profitable company - sort of a shell game, if you will. I tend to be very skeptical and say so whereas hope springs eternal in other quarters. I think that puts it all in a nutshell but I'm sure I'll be corrected for errors of omission as well as commission. Dee Jay
