i think the primary difference between Qwest (mentioned in the WSJ article) and ftel is that ftel has yet to announce what their pricing scheme would be.

the first paragraph in the Qwest article catches the eye of the average reader (and obviously the WSJ) by pricing below the 10 cent a minute "barrier".

we know ftel is getting noticed for their quality. now we all sit and wonder how much fnet use want people to pay for the use of this quality. if the pricing scheme is sexy enough, i don't think we'll have any problems getting noticed.
