Jerry, Harry Lew posted me and others his rundown on overvalued stocks. Look at his post here: exchange2000.com

Here's a tricky question for you.. IF you had been short KLIC from its double top at 57 in September, would you NOW be looking to go long or short? Remember that's if you'd just made 30 points in puts or short shares... it makes a difference.

Jim

Jerry.. yes, of course, but before I do.. like any good cook, I want to know your exact preference. Earnings is a major part of what I use these scans for so I want to know if you want companies that have good ,mediocre or downright bad earnings.. That is important because in some cases these overvalued companies can still give gains after they've had time to 'retreat' a while and correct, whereas a company like some of the biotechs or techs, can be at the height of their trading ranges (SPYN) and have no real earnings to speak of as yet.. these are the ones that fall flat on their faces on any hint of a disappointment {i.e. LIPO, CNTR (last quarter)}
