There are some extreme rural areas where Internet is lousy, particularly in the eastern part of the state.

I get a consistent 20Mbps down and 2Mbps up (I actually pay a few bucks extra for double the upload speed).

I think those in LR & Pine Bluff get a bit lower, but still above the average.

Most of the state now has LTE at 6-10Mbps.

Could be we just have more to do than stream Netflix...
