Two more downgrades:

INVESTOR DOWNGRADES TWO INVESTMENT FIRMS

Citing a lack of timliness in their investment advice, individual investor Richard Palm downgraded the investment firms BT Alex Brown and Soundview Financial from "neutral" to "strong sell", in a statement released on The Silicon Investor website today.

Some history: Applied Materials lost 2-5/8 to 25-3/8 after warnings
fiscal third-quarter results would fall short of Street
expectations. Alex Brown and Robertson downgrade AMAT.
