Copy the site you want to put in the post using the 'copy' command.
Go to your post and simply 'paste' at the cursor.

P.F., the best way is to go to the site and go to your location line, if using Netscape, and copy the address. Click once and it highlights the entire address, copy and paste into the body of your message. If you want to post SI messages and have you navigation on, you will not get the message, but the SI site. To get an individual post, either remove navigation or add a bookmark by right clicking on top of the message. Hope that helps.
