Sowbug, Tele-Comms Inc., aka TCI, has the ticker symbol TCOMA, noted at the bottom of your posted article. Same, same as the ATHM partner. They are a little late to the party vis-a-vis UMG and TWX with their upgrades (an announcement does not make a business) and TCOMA has had a good run of late anyway. Probably why the drop. BTW, the ticker symbol TCI is Transcontinental Realty or some such. Sometimes jumps in reaction to TCOMA news, but is very thinly traded. I made a few bucks a few months ago shorting it on just suck a jump, but it is very thinly traded and I had to duel with the market makers for a couple weeks to unwind my position.
