Well, now ... ain't you special ??? Hmmpppfff ... I'll have you know you're not getting special recognition for your efforts. ANYBODY can get banned. Even those us who have been around SI since the majority of the earth's pebbles were huge boulders. Like, me, for instance. I was banned from that same "New Feature Discussion" board. Check out the reasoning for my ban (thanks, Dmitri !!) Idle banter on board from this Member is drawing complaints from numerous SIers I'm curious how many "numerous" is. And, I'm curious why there is no warning issued prior to a ban that is for something other than blatant disregard for SI's Terms of Service. I guess what Mommy said was true -- if you can't say sump'in nice, don't say nuttin' at all. Incidentally, I was banned from that thread a while back, but they reinstated me after I informed them of my involvement with SI back in the early days. So, now I have been banned TWICE from the same thread, by the same person. And, those two instances are the ONLY times in over EIGHTEEN years of chat thread involvement that I have been banned from ANY forums. I'm beginning to think my (our) input is not appreciated. Well, that settles it. I'm not posting there anymore. Sure is a pretty day. TED
