Absolutley correct... and now's a great time with all the turmoil in Asia.. I too believe they have high hopes for 1998 and are just loading up now... certainly 1998's first quarter will show some sense of optimism that is sure to give at least some profit at these entry points.

Honestly.. we should take advantage of this too.. time to accumulate!

Analysts are not as intelligent as the market itself, they just react to it. When they say hold, it is time to buy; when they say buy, it is time to hold; when they say strong buy, just hold; when they repeat strong buy a couple of times, it is a good idea to sell.
You make money if you follow this strategy, it works every time.
