We believe SWEBFs entire product line is being built around an Internet business model which presupposes telecommunications dependance. If WebFiler becomes a factor (which it could perhaps much sooner than later with an AT&T|IBM|? suitor) SWEBF will be a much more logical acquisition given huge potential hosting, lease, products sales, [and telecommunication] revenues. AT&T or IBM or ? would be wise to make this move as a superior competitive advantage and preemptive strike against Microsoft et al in dominating the bourgeoning and blockbuster? lucrative web database/eCommerce industry. It would he exciting to see where WebFiler could be taken with the backing of an AT&T, whom could obviously offer WebFiler vertical application/push technologies to their AT&T WorldNet customer base and as a AT&T Business Service [and utilizing WebFiler push technologies through AT&Ts recently introduced digital cellular PocketNet...the uses here are virtually infinite as would the revenue base...]. We may have just hit on something potentially huge for SWEBF and a superior competitive advantage/perceived value for AT&T PocketNet. AT&T? hello? pick up...This is clearly a multi-billion $ market. Surely, there is a visionary at AT&T who sees this. Hopefully someone at SoftQuad is working on this as a logical and responsible approach to efficiently and effectively negotiate (and neutralize?) the Microsoft juggernaut and inertia. WebFiler could just be the Internet's killer app with AT&T? backing.
