Just imagine if mortgage rates were as low as the states? Much of the USA is very undervalued even as most any good hood of our global gateway cities are already well into the later innings of housing bubble 2.0. Not going to collapse this time in the same way as 1990 and 2007. Well not anytime soon..LOL
