De Beers Canada and Mountain Province Diamonds (MPV-T) Sept 25, '14 are pleased to announce that the Operator of the Gahcho Kué Project has received approval of the Type A Water Licence by the Minister of Environment and Natural Resources of the Government of the Northwest Territories), the Hon. Michael J. Miltenberger.
