This is the retesting of SPQ's previous bottom, which was carved out on a heavy 2.8 mill volume day at 0.09 on 27NOV97. The technicals look good for taking a position here as the retest is on lower volume and RSI is not confirming the drop in price. I anticipate the clouds of tax-loss selling lifting during the week after Xmas, at which point SPQ should be primed for a healthy %50 move north. Anyone else following SPQ?
