I don't question the Veta rights and I find the company has
been very honest in their past news releases but does this
ruling negate the other announcements that the deposit is
in a protected area? Can another department overturn the rights?

As I have been made aware of certain aprehensions about GLR's release, I called the company. I was told the publication was made in a SPECIAL Official Gazette issue. This is unusual. Before calling my comments off base, I would suggest you done some analysis first. The stock price at $4.25CDN indicates that the investment community is not too thrilled with GLR, given that it was over $6.00 before the bungled press release in November. Something is not adding up! I never mentioned fraud...
