>The most likely answer is that OWS was a fad that faded away.

It was also a mess.

>People came to these protests, camped out, and then got tired of it. Nothing really changed, except that they succeeded in getting the mainstream media constantly talking about wealth inequality.

Which would be some sort of successful... not much though.

>Personally, I think OWS was coordinated by left-wing groups in order to help Obama's re-election.

>>After that happened, OWS coincidentally faded away.

1. I think that's the first time anyone's ever accused OWS of being "coordinated."

2. If they were put together to help Obama's reelection, they were totally mistimed. Weren't they pretty much petered out before 2012 even started?

3. They didn't seem to like Obama very much.

4. They only raised like $700,000 altogether.

>It's a conspiracy theory, for sure, but one that would be confirmed if two things happened in the near future:

>1) Elizabeth Warren starts running for President in 2016.
>2) The OWS protests start up again in conjunction with her campaign.

Not sure how that would confirm anything... Hillary is a lot closer ideologically to Obama than Warren.
