To join a political party requires a political donation. I didn't say to register as such and such. If you want to actually JOIN the party, it requires a donation. I can't believe I have to actually explain this. If you don't know this, already, everything you say is suspect.

I joined the Dem party in 2008. I made two contributions to Obama's campaigns in 2008 and 2012. That's it.

I made no donation to join or belong to the Democratic party. I get frequent soiicitations from the party and individual candidates all year long... No donation is required....
