Why do you think they reject the white culture? Because they're misinformed - knowledge does not belong to any one race/culture. They have been raised by trashy, violent, disrespectful pop culture. Their is nothing different about a black mind than any other race - in the debate of nature versus nurture to believe they are genetically different is pure racism. They are in fact the product of their environment - sustained and promoted by the government programs created to help them. Why is it that cities like chicago - run by liberals (claiming to want to help) have for decades failed miserably to lift the lot of so many black youth year after year? And this in a nearly 100% black environment and culture without overt racism keeping them down - the police are black, the government is black, the teachers are black - what's wrong in those cities?
