A decade ago in the Binghamton area. We're not talking about a restaurant saying "no, we won't serve you." My friend is Middle Eastern and his wife is African, and occasionally they'd find themselves waiting for an hour and no one would come to seat him. My friend never found this until he started dating his wife. -Z
