Considering that living conditions are generally better in white areas than they are in black areas, you'd think that at least places near cities with black populations would always be at least a couple percent black.
Once again, you are changing the story:
Thousands of towns and neighborhoods (and even states!) being 95%, 98%, 99% white did not, and statistically could not, happen by accident.
Before, you complained about 95% white being a sign that active exclusion was happening.

Now you're saying that 95% is fine, and even 98% is fine, but there are "thousands" of towns that don't even have a couple percent black.

Meanwhile the NBA is not even 1% Asian, and you want to ignore that because it's only "400 people"? How far are you willing to stretch logic just to prove your conspiracy theory borne out of white guilt?
