I don't recall sitting Presidents openly picking sides in primaries.
Hillary might be pushing Obama to be the first, given her recent comments about Obama's foreign policy with regard to Syria. I really doubt the thin-skinned administration is going to take that lying down.

As for the bet, you'd have to give me a bit of odds on it, since I don't believe it will be the most likely scenario. But hey, just like stock market analysts who can make bold predictions without having to bet real money on them, I can do the same. ;-)
