In that particular instance it is. Granted, only one battle in the war, but breaking the siege so easily bodes ill for their future expansion.

The Pershmerga aren't going to flee. If backed by the US, they can hold their own. The rest of Iraq might be a tossup. Assad might not be too happy with the additional arms ISIS has.

If it is the 'kicking butt' that got your panties in a twist, that was tweaking harris.

If the siege is broken and operations are continuing, that isn't turning tail. Or running.
Nor is it time to declare that ISIS got their butts kicked, especially when Obama is still reluctant to achieve any sort of total victory against them.

Obama is Muslim; he doesn't care about Christians.
