During Brazil financial crisis so it may be 25 or 20 but this is irrelevant
The relevant issue that Brazil is sliding toward undermining the Western democracies and their principle a are other S. American countries with Venezuela being the extreme.

I have no problem if Brazil stands up to US or EU unjust policies, but I have great problem with the fact that Brazil supports states that trash human rights invade other countries and illegal and by force snatch huge parts of their territory, or support countries that oppress minorities within their jurisdiction or turn a blind eye to wrongdoing if it indirectly serves their own interests .

We are living in a globalization environments and certain principles of co-existence should be fiercely and rigorously respected and defended, Brazil does not do that and by this extend and prolong and deepen the suffering of millions of innocent people.

Not joining in the sanctions against Russia but trying to gain from those sanctions is despicable and is a very clear example and there are many others.
