Hi Ernie. We already know from an earlier article that Zacks has no idea that NRF even split. Their earnings
estimate of $2.03 well covers the forward $1.60 payout.

The best performing stocks can have an RSI above 70 for a loooooong time.

Zacks isn't keeping very good tabs on NRF as they show the dividend at $2. zacks.com

This from NRF call Aug. 7th: seekingalpha.com

"Yesterday we announced the common stock dividend of $0.50 per share for the second quarter. We also announced that we expect to clear quarterly dividend of $0.40 per share for the third and fourth quarter of 2014, representing a $1.60 per share annualized dividend. Our expectation is that we will payout substantially all of our annualized CAD and while timing and seasonality of certain owned real estate such as our growing portfolio may introduce some quarterly variability to CAD, we have set the initial dividend at a level that we believe provides for safety and for the ability to increase as NorthStar continues its strong growth momentum."

Even with the run up, the dividend is currently 8.9%.

Not big on YOC except as on a whole portfolio, but have a hard time not noticing at .40 a quarter NRFs is over 31%.

Trying to wait for NSAM to have a report and call. Obviously, someone thinks they are going to have great growth.

Yahoo shows no web site, but they have one: nsamgroup.com

They do appear to be being conservative. In the presentation it shows annualized cash available for distribution in the third quarter of .64, fourth quarter of .68.

Want to give it a chance, but will definitely be watching if it nears the recent $17.62 low.

Note that low was August 4th on 1.3 million shares. It closed .44 cents higher the next day on 9.2 million shares.

Everyone knows more than I do.
