Foreign Minister Avigdor Liberman is best friends with present Ukrainian president Petro Poroshenko shortly after his election he visited secretly Israel. I do not think we know all of it but I can tell you that I was told to "cool it" in relation to know how transfer related to my project that I intended to do in Russia.
