This does highlight a serious problem though... The scorched earth tactics of the left. When they know they can't win they use the legal system to crush a politician. Happened to Sarah Palin in Alaska...... If she'd completed her term as governor her family probably would have been driven to bankruptcy fighting all the frivolous law suites that were being filed.......
