Honey_bee, I didn't take Simplicity's symbol as equating republican's / conservatives although I can see how one might interpret it that way. I would rate the Constitution as the single most important document in government / human rights ever conceived. It wasn't so much about equating republicans and democrats as it was in saying that we should look to the Constitution for answers and that out form of government is more important than politics. Conservatives / libertarians also stand for a formal interpretation of the Constitution and that would give them an edge.... If we don't preserve and protect it, it will cease to exist.....
