He may not have any knowledge of Texas jurisprudence but he is the world's recognized expert and planning and executing partisan witch hunts.

It has NOT been determined that a Texas governor does not have that power. No idea where you got THAT from.

And the fact that Perry was willing to provide the funding if that criminal DA left pretty much proves that the objective wasn't to shut the agency down.
