the sampling methodology and questions asked can lead one to make false assumptions I just received Reason's recap of the survey, but haven't read the whole thing yet. My first impression is that many of the people polled have no idea what they're talking about; in other words they're very representative of the population at large. Something smelly when they claim some Tea Partiers like socialism. My impression is that the overwhelming majority of the Tea Part types are savvy. Will be trying to dig through the muddle soon, see if I can understand the contradictions.
