christian-

granted. a couple of things will help us at this point:

1)announcement of remaining contracts, as well as financial terms, at least something to give us an indication of value.
2)company making a statement that they will beat earnings, and that their business will not be affected by problems in asia.
3)rebound of nasdaq. we are STILL trending with the overall market which i hate.

seamens said during the last CC (actually, the one before last) that he was not comfortable with the estimates, and that they needed to be revised upward. i think we may see a good number, possibly positive, in january based on this.

the stock will continue to float. my hope at this time is that they will announce new contracts and make a statement like #2 above. then the MMs would not be able to control the stock.

i am sure you guys have seen the LU ORCTF deal. i just hope that our 'alliance' with LU pays off with something more than another trial!

good luck to all,
trey
