FD,

I suspect we'll get a good idea from the market's reaction before we receive the letter through snail mail. Given the time of the year for mail delivery, I'm looking at the market's response today and tomorrow as sort of a bellwether of things to come as I'm equally sure that the contents of the letter will be available to the market before the majority of us shareholders have it in our possesion....JMHO.
