The 20 trillions are making their work. Se US fracking industry for an example. Money is going places.
Doing things that were not possible during capital scarcity time.

These 20 trillions are not parked somewhere gathering dust.

The beauty of money being spread more evenly is that now it is hard to make money using money. You need to actually produce work to multiply money.
See GE shrinking GE Capital and investing in its core energy business for an example.

Obama is just doling out 33 billion to Africa.

Pretty soon Africa becomes like the rest of the world.

What is to become like the rest of the world? Well, there is so much to be robbed that there is no fight for the spoils in rich countries. Japan US Europe one can have his share of the money going around easily.

In Africa is tough. In countries like Africa there is a limited amount of money to be robbed thus the infighting.

In Brazil there is not so much infight as in Africa. The country produce a lot of money to be siphoned by the people who can get their hands into it.

Look around in New Zealand and you will be able to see why money is going to people who does not deserve and there are no fights and revolutions nor mayhem. There is enough to be robbed by all!
