We have an airline here that gets them, and you can't use them because they'll just cancel your flight without notice if enough people don't show up. (Well, they call you an hour before it is supposed to leave and let you know you don't have a flight). All airlines do that and have been doing that for decades......they usually work out a deal with another airline making a flight to the same destination and put you on that flight.......filling the seats on that plane..... I haven't flown on a plane that was not filled in 30 years....
