The police chief says no. cnn.com And it shouldn't matter one iota if he did. ....I asked prior to the actual SHOOTING......not prior to the cop asking them to get out of the street which could have obstructed traffic...........how much time between the two.........did the cop learn of the robbery and description after the first interaction but BEFORE the shooting? I don't know the answer but It does makes a difference..
