No one did say that he was eager to shoot a black teen... but I do say that a white cop (or even a black one) is much more likely to reach for his weapon in a black neighborhood, where both the cops and the white community have established an adversarial, "it's vs. Them attitude against the black community over decades. Which is the case in Ferguson. And frankly, most of the country. We don't raise our weapons against "us," we raise them against "them." Or if someone is high on some drug and is charging at you. That's why I want to see the toxicology report.
