Z says: Thousands of towns and neighborhoods (and even states!) being 95%, 98%, 99% white did not, and statistically could not, happen by accident. Let's consider the demographics of where SI's liberals live - what are the black populations where they live? Shep's town is 1.8% black. Z says that can't happen by accident. Bentway's city is 2.7% black. Z says that can't happen by accident. Koan's city is 0.9% black. The city in WA he lived in before that was 2% black. Z says that can't happen by accident. Wharf Rat's town is 1.3% black. Z says that can't happen by accident. Z, I believe lives in lower Manhattan ... I can only see demographics for a few neighborhoods there: Battery Park 2.97% black, Upper East Side 2.34% .... now that can't happen by accident according to Z. It looks like SI's liberals all live in sundown towns. BTW Wikipedia says Spring TX is 19.5% black. I love being called racist by white people who live in sundown towns.
