first five shots were into his right arm and wouldn't have stopped him.
I'm just spitballing here Dave, but I imagine if I put five shots into your arm, you would be all attacked out. A one-armed warrior, bleeding like a stuck pig..

>> There had better be a good reason to shoot someone six times.

According to Baden, most of the first five shots were into his right arm and wouldn't have stopped him. Ordinarily, cops are supposed to shoot to kill, not to disable. If it takes six shots, it takes six shots.

Why was shooting to kill an unarmed teenager?

>> The cop killed an unarmed teen. That's a pretty serious crime on the face of it.

On the face of it, there is no crime. You're presuming a cop who shot someone did so without cause. Cops, like everyone else, are subject to a presumption of innocence
.

They also can be prosecuted for criminal behavior.

>> Holder is doing his job.

Really? Can you name the last AG who traveled to a locality to intervene in the shooting death of a perpetrator? I don't remember even Bobby Kennedy doing that.

The US Attorney General is representing the president. The President is on vacation although he has barely had any down time. Besides, the AG office is conducting an autopsy.
