You need to access the "NEW" NASDAQ site (URL above) which requires Java. Then--on the left pane: ENTER NASDAQ SYMBOL: VVUS click on COMPANY FACTS click on OPEN STOCK REPORT It opens the PDF file with Adobe Acrobat.
