Eric, something's WRONG if Ferguson has a 70% black population and a 6% black police force. Surely even YOU can see that.

Excellent idea - we need more Chicago like cities with black on black crime out of control and that no one actually cares about. .....if they get what they want and have a black dominated police force that's EXACTLY what will happen. The retired NYC cop I know very well told me the actual peaceful residents of those bad neighborhoods do NOT want black cops. He was told that many times. He said they told him the black cops won't do anything....and they want white cops.
